SUSHIL MEHROTRA
Sushil has over 24 years of experience in training and service delivery domain. An electronics engineer by education and certified practitioner of Neuro-Linguistics Programming, he has worked with industry leaders like Xerox, Canon, Ricoh and vCustomer. His experience spreads from setting up training function to Service Delivery and Quality. He has worked closely with HR function in his capacity as Training Head for three large MNC’s. He has served as head of service delivery and was responsible for setting up and managing training function for Canon and also served as Head of Training at Ricoh and vCustomer services. He helped several organizations to fine tune their training function with operations requirements. He is passionate about training and human excellence. Firm believer of phrase “Nothing is impossible”; Sushil is now working incessantly in the field of personal excellence. Recognizing his efforts in Training domain, Institute of Training & Occupational Learning (London) has accorded Fellow membership to him.

DR. DAVID J LINCOLN
David is a psychologist and naturopathic doctor. David specializes in the mind body connection. David is also a Trainer of NLP and head of accreditation for the premier and only accreditation organization for NLP the ANLP. David is an international business coach and advisor to individuals companies and governments. David has offices in London (UK), Kaunas (Lithuania), Marbella (Spain) and Goa (India).
David has over 40 years of experience in the domain of NLP and hypnosis. He has experience in all aspects of HR and the people business from individuals to large groups to 5000 plus people. David has a vast network of people in the industry and travel all over the world. David can also deal with extremely difficult problems and ones that others have given up on. NAVNEET CHANDRA
Navneet has over 18 years of experience in Talent Acquisition & Management, Strategic HR, Training and Communication & Employee Relations. Having worked with various organizations in India, US and UK he has gained extensive knowledge and experience in the domain of Human Resource Development. He has worked as Vice president HR with organizations like Essel group and Xavient Information Services, Global head – talent acquisition at GSS America and Chief Consultant at pedigree Management Consultant apart from various other critical assignments with organizations located in India and abroad.

LT. COL (RETD.) R K LANGAR
A retired army officer, Col. Langar fought three wars in 1962, 1965 and 1971. An ardent believer of excellence, he started his study in spirituality and religion soon after his retirement. He wrote several articles in leading dailies and has authored/ co-authored several books on spirituality and human excellence. He has delivered lectures at India International Center, Jammu University, International summit on Harmony and peace and like. He is currently working on his next book on personality development and spirituality. Col Langar is a member India International Center and is recognized as intellectual and writer.

TERRY ELSTON
Terry Elston has been a trainer of NLP for 9 years now. He is a trainer of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy . Terry also has a background in coaching. Terry has been coaching executives and celebrities for over twenty years and provides coaching and mentoring services for diverse clientele and associates around the world. He has over 26 years first-hand experience in the development and delivery of change. A selection of assignments includes training police, Home Office and MOD personnel; developing training modules for the Cabinet Office and one-to-one coaching for top executives in blue chip and governmental institutions.

AMITABH WALIA
Amitabh is a science graduate and a management diploma holder with over 18 years of experience in training domain. Currently a consultant vice president with HUN division of Hindustan Unilever Limited, he is one of the most celebrated trainer in his domain. She has also done her certification from the Finishing Academy, UK in soft skills and leadership. Her last assignment was with Berggruen Education Pvt Ltd as Senior Manager Operations, Corporate Learning & Development. She specializes in Teaching & Mentoring, Training & Development, and Team Management & Client Servicing.

KAUMUDI NAITHANI
Kaumudi is a certified linguistics trainer with over 12 years of training experience and over 150 batches trained on various soft skills is one of the accomplished trainers in industry today. She has exposure to sales, PR and service industry. She has facilitated Training Programs in Corporate Etiquette & Grooming, Facilitation Skills, Presentation Skills, Accent (American and Global), Customer Service, Soft Skills, Culture (USA, UK, Australia, Canada & Singapore), Sales, Tele-sales and Grammar as well as Business Writing skills. She has developed content for various training programs and has facilitated Train-the-trainer sessions for trainee-trainers for accent, Language & Customer Service. She has worked as a voice-over Artist for Jain TV and has been involved in theatre, dance & music.

SARANGA SHARMA
Saranga come with a total work experience of 8.5 yrs and have spent last 5 years in Training.  Saranga has worked with companies like Hero Mindmine, Mind Trainers, Human Factor Training Solutions and Techmahindra. Saranga is a subject matter expert inh communication and accent training. Saranga has conducted many training programs on soft skills and on behavioral topics. Saranga has trained in companies like Genpact, HCL, Wipro Technologies, NIIT Smartserve, Techmahindra etc. She trains the trainers and develop content as well.

KAMINI SHARMA
Kamini has done her Graduation and post graduation from Delhi University and was one of the top rank holders in the university. She has done her post graduation in management in human resource apart from GNIIT.
